About Henry Luke
I’m Henry Luke, the East Auckland Woolgro franchisee. It has always been my dream to be a commercial pilot so when I left school I worked as a baggage handler at Auckland Airport to save some money. After a year of that off I went to flight school in the Hawkes Bay, obtaining my private, commercial and instructor licenses. I was all ready to start working as a flight instructor when Covid hit. I needed a plan B.
I moved back to Auckland to be with family, and my girlfriend, and decided to become involved in the family business. My Dad set up and owns Woolgro so I know first-hand how well the product works and the great lawns we can grow.
