Meet Grant, your local installer

Grant Dawson is the Western Bay of Plenty Woolgro franchise owner. After leaving Auckland for the good life of the Bay in 2015, he relocated with family to a patch of grass with a few avocado trees in the hills of Welcome Bay. Unable to be contained to an office due to the Bay of Plenty climate, he left a career in commercial insurance broking behind and discovered Woolgro lawns through friends.

Combining a product that works with Grant’s passion for lawn is a natural fit. Woolgro’s many advantages are perfectly suited to the unique Bay of Plenty conditions and Grant takes pride in ensuring every customer’s lawn is one they are proud of.

Grant installed our lawn, including a sprinkler system. The lawn has been amazing and people always ask about it.
